How have you achieved your weight loss goals, and how long did it take?
“From June to September, I lost about 20 LBS. From September to January, I lost about another 10 LBS. I went from a size 10 down to a ladies’ size 2 (and sometimes size 0!). In total, I lost about 30 LBS and about four sizes.”
